Many companies work with Agile. Agility means: versatility, flexible strategies, multidisciplinary teams, shorter cycles and a clear view on the project. It means changing the mindset of an organisation.
As a coach, I help teams to apply Agile into their day-to-day work to make them aware of how much it can help a team, or a scrum team achieve better results. I inspire and coach the team in working with Agile by showing them the benefits of the Agile methods through a training session and their own experiences. I help the team to establish new habits and develop new capabilities.
Nevertheless, a team is never completely isolated from the organisation, and there are also important relations (like customers and users) on the outside of the organisation. Agile working requires a shift in culture and mindset from the entire organisation, both top-down and bottom-up. It is a journey of discovery, in which you will acquire insight into the benefits of a different type of collaboration. Obviously, there is no blueprint for companies that want to become Agile organisations. Every situation is unique. I will help you find whatever works for your team or organisation.
